I'm a Month Old!

We did it! Everyone survived the first month! Mommy was a little worried about being sleep deprived (lets face it, I am not a very pleasant person when I am exhausted), but this last month has been the best ever! This little boy is such a joy! He is truly the light of our lives. We are settling into a routine, and getting out and about a little more to show him off. Look at this precious boy. I may be biased, but I think he might be the cutest kid ever born!

We are so thankful for you sweetheart. This last month with you has been the most precious of our lives. I think maybe the reason we waited so long to have kids was because we were waiting for perfection........YOU! Everyday we are watching to see what you discover next. Don't grow up to fast sweet boy, because we want to savor every minute with you.

What you're up to this month:

1. You love to look around and check everybody out. Especially when they talk to you.
2. You are such a great sleeper. You have given your parents nice long stretches of sleep since we came home from the hospital (4-5 hours most nights). And you slept through the night for the first time when you turned 1-month!
3. Your favorite place to be is sleeping on Mommy or Daddy's chest. In fact, you are getting a little spoiled, but we just LOVE to cuddle you.
4. You weighed 8 lbs 8 oz, and measured 21 inches at your 2 week check up at the Doctor's office
5. You really like to be outside where its warm.
